As of today, VALOFE NA has put out another Facebook post on the recent issue of players not receiving the e-mail verifications for their newly acquired VALOFE accounts. As I’ve stated in separate conversations to many players, Gmail seems to be the most successful e-mail service to recieve the verification messages, while the players that use other domains aren’t so fortunate. There was also an initial issue of players not able to receive specifically their account transfer notifications by e-mail, which has apparently been resolved as of the 14th of October. Even so, not receiving the e-mail isn’t all that bad, since you can just check the VALOFE transfer page directly at any time.
